hello... just finished my Senior Specialist Course yesterday at about 5plus.. reached home at about 7plus.. let me go through the RO for the Course.. i'm so happy to be promoted to SSG.. I will do my best and teach my cadets what i learnt in this 2 and a half days!
(7Sept)Day1:
1300: book in and reported at the MPH(Multi-Purpose Hall)
about 1400: Sergeant Major NCC came and gave us opening speech..
1500: went back bunk and put down things.. changed into half U
1515: went back to MPH for talks by Sergeant Major
1800: Dinner
1900-2100: the CLTs told us their marking scheme for our mutuals test
2230: Lights Out
(8Sept)Day2
0500: woke up
0615: reported at Blk246 and fall in
0630-0645: PT
0645-0715: Breakfast
0715-0730: went to blk245 to draw arms(rifles)
0800-1030: Arm Drill Mutuals Test
i did not prepare a lesson plan.. but i passed...
1030-1130: slacked
1200-1300: Lunch
1330-1545: Foot Drills Mutuals Test
mine was quite short but i still passed.. Thanks to Sir Azmi
1545-1700: Sharing session with Sir Azmi.. learnt alot from him
1730-1830: Dinner
1900-2045: Sharing sessions with Sir Boon Kiong, Sir KuanHou, Sir Surnesh and Sir Ahmad Muslim
2100-2130: Supper at Blk246 and run through of Day3's RO

0530: Woke up
0630: Fall in
0630-0700: Breakfast. After i finish my breakfast, Sir Nessar came and told me to find my POS also known as overall IC. i went to find her. then she told me that i will take over her as the POS. i was so shocked. cos the job was so stressful and alot of people hated the POS.
0715: Went to Blk245 to draw arms again..
0745: Went back to MPH for a lecture by Sergeant Major
0800: A demo by the CLTs of how a squad is formed.
0830-1000: Advanced Arm Drill lesson by the CLTs
1000-1130: Advanced Foot Drill lesson by the CLTs
1200: Lunch
1245: Went back to bunk for clean up
1330: Went to MPH with all our things for a lecture by Sergeant Major.
1400: Course AAR (After Action Review)
1530: Run through of the Graduation Ceremony
1600: Ceremony Started
1620: Ceremony ended
1630: Went to Upper Parade Square to receive our ranks!
1700: Went for the refreshments and left HQ.
